Using the Fairway process, Direct Route recovers the majority of fees from the party that should pay … the debtor.
Traditional Debt Recovery
Direct Route also provides a traditional debt recovery service. We charge a nominal commission of between 5% and 10% on recovered sums. The rate depends upon the term outstanding and the value of the debt and of course we charge no commission fees on the rare occasion where we are unable to recover your outstanding debt.
Your Choice
You, as our client, decide whether you wish to take the soft approach by paying for the debt recovery and subsidising your customers’ overdrafts or to take the harder line, whereby the offender pays for the cost of recovery.

To register with Direct Route, new members should request, print, complete and sign the registration form and fax it to 0113 287 9153 along with any late invoices you wish recovered. Call Roy Virjee on 07941 061063 for any clarification of the details on the form. Please note that as a Positive Office member, the £200 registration fee has been waived.
